Hey, I’m Chris!

Certified personal trainer and hybrid athlete who believes fitness should fit your life, not take it over.


My own journey has taken me from road races to mountain ultras. Somewhere along the way, I realized that the best kind of fitness isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency, challenge, and enjoying the process


Now, I help others find that same balance and get the results they want from their training. Whether you want to move better, feel stronger, or take on something big like your first race — I’m here to help you make it happen.
